(01) — TOOLS
Small free APIs.
A short list, picked for prototypes. Not a live aggregator: each API has limits, a licence, sometimes a required User-Agent. Read the docs before you hammer it.
No API matches.
At a glance
- Editorial directory of free HTTP APIs, in the browser.
- Mock REST, weather, geo, FX, trivia. Not hosted by Radiank.
- Local filter. Nominatim wants a User-Agent; CoinGecko has a quota.
- Nothing is sent to a Radiank server.
(02) — USE
Search, copy, read the docs.
01 — Filter
Full-text search (name, tags, blurb) and categories: mock, geo, weather, finance, data, media, fun.
02 — Copy
Base URL and a sample endpoint. Radiank proxies nothing: the call leaves your machine.
03 — Be polite
Nominatim wants a User-Agent and 1 req/s. CoinGecko has a quota. This is not a CDN.
(03) — FAQ
Short answers.
- Does Radiank host these APIs?
- No. They are third-party services. The directory is editorial, with no affiliation.
- Can I use them in production?
- For a proto, yes. In prod, read the licence, the rate limit, and cache. Public Nominatim is not a business geocoder.
- Is anything sent to a Radiank server?
- No. Filtering runs in the tab. Any request goes to the API publisher.
